Where is the data stored and how is it secured?

On Apus Platform every business has its own dedicated instance: operated by Apus (Dedicated Cloud) or self-hosted on your own infrastructure. The system supports SSO, granular role-based permissions and full audit logs.

Do we have to re-enter our data when moving from Apus Commerce?

No. Apus Commerce and Apus Platform share one technology core (the same codebase), so your data is carried over to the new instance instead of being re-entered. The move is still a planned rollout — the Apus team schedules it with you.

What are the operational commitments?

Operational commitments and support levels are set in the Apus Platform contract, along with dedicated account management and a priority support channel.

How long does deployment take?
